[feat. request] adding zones (paths) with optional aliases using the command line.

Hello Team,

I attended your demo earlier, and I would like to request this feature.

I was running fileglancer remotely and I downloaded the zip file in a path that is not under my home directory.
I tried to navigate to the directory where I downloaded the demo dataset but that didn't work.

Therefore, I would like to request an option to add zones when starting fileglancer using a parameter via the command line (eg. --zone=/bla:/bla,/zone2:/zone2). Similar to how the bind parameter works in apptainer. The path (zone) can be pre-screened before starting and error message shown to the user if the path is not existent or insufficient permissions.

@ovalerio You can actually do that today using the config options. You can either create a config.yaml file using this template, or specify config options on the command line using the "FGC" prefix:

FGC_FILE_SHARE_MOUNTS='["/tmp", "/Volumes", "~/"]' uvx fileglancer start

I agree with @allison-truhlar that we should make this into an easier command line parameter.
