[FEAT] Link to store/source inside app

Feature Request

Thanks for this app! I've been using it for a bit and I've wanted to share it with friends. However, there was no link back to this GitHub or F-Droid listing on the menu opened by the information button in the top right corner.

Current Behaviour

I assume the information button in the top right corner was for app information, but it seems more for general info for bug report/debugging purposes.
