Some papers, do not have a specific reference section, they only have a Notes section. Whereas, references are often introdced like "See [REF1]" and "Also [REF] states [..]". But Notes could also be only a Reference, or just a footnote.

As of now we do not consider them as references at all, by loosing some information.
Possible soltions:
-If no specific References section if found, but we have such a Notes section
- apply some cleaning method: only consider notes not longer then a specific threshold
- or try to ignore notes with too much running text. (as refs contain a higher percentage of non-word-characters)
