changing preferences with multiple windows open crashes Koder

Koder crashes with a possible double-free bug in Styler::ApplyGlobal() when I have multiple editor windows open(3 or more) and I start changing options in the preferences window.

Sometimes it takes a couple of preference changes before it crashes but it's pretty easy to reproduce.
