Add checks for binding errors

It would be very helpful to be able to log/trace binding errors.
There is a reasonable explanation/example here: https://github.com/bblanchon/WpfBindingErrors

Something like this should be included in this library so that binding errors that occur in the test application can be retrieved by the test application.

After some more digging, this is further complicated by the fact that when the debugger is not attached the messages are not logged. Will need to determine the best way to work around this. There is a branch started for this work under fix103
