Allow naming percentages

In this UI, sometimes i don't know what happened on certain percentage when there's are many checkpoints

Similar to the mod Progress Indicators, allow user to assign names to percentages to help them remember stuff

This was considered back when I designed that menu, the only problem with it is space. the menu isn't very wide so I ended up discarding the feature, but I think there's enough space to put short names.

Figured out that I could use word wrap to use two lines for one name, so I implemented this with a character limit of 22
