Enhancement Request: Prompt for passwords in CSV upload

Hi,

Is it possible to configure the CSV imports to prompt for passwords instead of entering the passwords in plaintext in the CSV?

Definitely possible, how do you envision this working? Would it prompt per store(/row) or would the credentials apply to all stores(/rows)? Or something else?
