[Gastown] Infinite critical escalation loop renders rig completely unusable #1963
Description
What happened?
Rig is stuck in permanent infinite critical escalation loop. Agent reset no longer works. All beads and convoys deleted. Escalations are being generated non-stop every 5 seconds. Rig cannot be used, cannot be recovered, and cannot be stopped. This is a catastrophic platform failure that brings down entire towns.
