Issues in documentation

I have detected the following issues:

• bib files and citation files are absent from documentation files. It is not clear what is extracted from those files.
• https://somef.readthedocs.io/en/latest/supported_languages/ has_built_file should be has_build_file
• https://somef.readthedocs.io/en/latest/supported_metadata_files/ -> make the width of the first col a little wider so the names that have 1 letter in a second row show in one.
• Many version spec are missing, and some source spec too
• In https://somef.readthedocs.io/en/latest/supported_metadata_files/ it shows some code snippet quoted incorrectly at the bottom
