Reconciliation of duplicate values in publication

In some cases, a paper appears more than once, but it has essentially the same information. We may conflate fields which have the same info, indicating different sources and methods. For example, if they share the DOI, it is the same result.

We do this in the CodeMeta export, but I think it would be useful to have this in the main results too.

Another example, in https://github.com/KnowledgeCaptureAndDiscovery/somef/ the citation mentions 2 papers, which are also recognized. Maybe we don't put the three if they are included as bibtex already
