Currently, we extract funder and funding information but just from the codeMeta parser, but this metadata is not included in the final codemeta export.
Since these terms are part of the codemeta v3 vocabulary and are already being correctly identified in the internal JSON representation, they should be mapped during the export process to ensure no metadata is lost.
Also the documentation should explain that, at the moment, this information is only extracted from existing codemeta.json files.
