I don't think so, as it takes up more screen space. Yes, it provides information about the original message, but the bot's messages almost always refers to the message just above. The only exception is in servers with exceptional activity, which are pretty rare and still have the option to activate reply in the settings. So, in my opinion, in most cases it takes up more space to tell the user nothing new.

However, I'm open to changing my mind on this subject, and if a significant number of users request it, I might consider it.
