docker daemon issue arises when running the sample codes in section Fragmentation

While following the tutorial for the section Fragmentation, the following docker related error rises up when trying to run the sample codes (the same error for each of them):

docker: Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?.
See 'docker run --help'.

Unable to locate output file

Didn't get the time to dive in the code base for the possible solution yet & post this up to speed up the resolution

It was related to an infrastructure problem which should not happen again with monitoring in place.
