Auto sku generation

Would be good to be able to create a product without giving any required attributes manually - eg generating a unique sku could be managers responsibly.

This would work well together with the other feature request to be able to override specific attributes.

I think this functionality can be handled in the Product Builder.

Once the overridden functionality has been implemented, we could have a flag in the override yaml file to generate a random sku. So yaml file could look like:

catalog/product:
  sku: random

This flag can then be checked in the product builder, to generate a unique sku.

How does this sound? Any ideas/suggestions?
