NearbyPages extension is not available in list

The NearbyPages extension does not seem to be present in the list of repos that can be selected for a custom configuration.

Does the extension require any configuration or other dependencies to work? Feel free to submit a PR adding it to repository-lists/all.txt, and any required config to localsettings/extensions-NearbyPages.php.

Also test pages can be added to pages/.
