Admin Cannot Edit/Delete Reminder Created by Others

In my server, someone created a repeating reminder, and I cannot modify it.

Server owners/admin should have access to all reminders created by anyone.

have you enabled the community mode for the bot?

invoke /settings, then select the Community Page in the dropdown.
There you can enable the community mode, appoint moderators and configure permissions for general users.

You require administrator privileges to enable community mode and manage Moderators.
From there on all appointed moderators can update community settings and view server wide reminders.
