Description
- implement this CIP to showcase how it works in colab with Eternl and Lace
- all existing wallets must still work and supported
- user can decide which wallet type to create, 1. native script, or 2. [we need a name for this]
- core mechanics for this wallet to be packaged into Mesh SDK so anyone can adopt this standard and build their multisig wallet
