Have GeneralLlm Responses API return reasoning in response

Right now, reasoning is not returned in the text response. Add this. Also make sure that the completions API is also returning full reasoning (e.g. with o3)

Possible quick implementation: Add a "include reasoning" field to GeneralLlm. This adds reasoning to the output of the invoke call.
