Missing icons e9a4 and e9a3 (and maybe more)

Are the e9a4 and e9a3 symbols missing? These two no longer appear on my system as of today and I get rectangles.

i downloaded the ttf from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/apps/design/downloads/#fonts
I check the TTF and the mentioned font symbols are indeed not included anymore. They were until a week or so. It seems someone from the MS team uploaded a new and wrong version?
