Update deepify undeploy helper text for "--dirty" option

• "deepify undeploy -help" is required to be updated for "--dirty" option
• Change text:
  from "Force cleaning up all resources if .cfg.deeploy.json file missing"
  to "Force cleaning up all resources if .provisioning.json file missing"
