Add caloclustersmc to RooUtil::CaloCluster class?

I think the new ```caloclustersmc``` branch could be added to the  [rooutil::CaloCluster](../tree/main/rooutil/inc/CaloCluster.hh) class. Will need to know exactly how reco and truth clusters are matched in the EventNtuple
