Proxy Host Templates

When creating new proxy hosts I find myself having to open up a previous proxy host to copy my configurations, ports, and other fields.

Instead, I wish there was a way I could setup a template, so these fields are prepopulated with my settings when I create new proxy hosts. This might be useful for other types of hosts, but I only use NPM for proxies so I don't have experience with the other interfaces.

Also should add some custom configs, like 502/503/ etc, I done that modifying manually the nginx template
