Folder Menu UI Fixes #21
Description
- Folder buttons stretch indefinitely to accommodate title length
- To fix this, set some sort of CSS overflow effect + character limit to folder titles
- Menu Button Placement is not always predictable
- To fix this, set the menu button to the left of the add button (such that new tags will not affect the position of the menu / down-arrow button)
- Make in-note folder labels interactive
