2 bugs I discovered, 1 is tied to Respec Buttons feature, the other one I cannot identify

1. With Respec Buttons feature turned on, when I log in, change specialization and proceed to cast an empowered spell, castbar breaks. 100% success rate on producing this error is logging on a monk, spec out of ww, back into ww and cast slicing winds. With Respec Buttons feature off this doesn't happen, and also never happend to me with the whole addon turned off.

2. This one happens randomly on a spec change, castbar stays stuck and spams errors until you start another cast. Could not replicate this one, happens like 1 in 10 respecs.

I made a change that might help fix the issue with respec buttons, but I don't have a character with empowered casts yet, so not sure
