How to update powercap refresh rate

I saw that SM8850 has already support qpt powercap,which can report the channel-lever power consumption.
But the refresh rate of this only 1HZ

is there any official way to improve the refresh rate ?

if not 

I have tried to modify corresponding code: static u32 get_data_update_rate_from_config()

let it return (u32)10 directly

But changed nothing

I wish to get some solution.
