[Feature]: Test release build and validation in the Patina QEMU validation workflow #82

Feature Overview
Currently, the debug images for the Q35 and SBSA are tested and run to EFI shell to validate changes in the patina repo. This issue tracks building and testing release as well.
Solution Overview
This was deferred from the initial implementation to determine how long debug images take to build and run on average before extending PR status check time further. debug images will generally capture more issues due to debug asserts and patina tests being enabled, so it was selected as the higher priority profile to test.
