ToDo: decide on continuing HomeBrew support

OpenFAST and related executables are distributed through Python with PyPi. Distribution through HomeBrew is not currently maintained or monitored, so it is unknown if this distribution channel is working.

Two options going forward:

1. Update the HomeBrew distributions:
   • Add TurbSim (Add TurbSim to the homebrew automated builds and distribution system #1852)
   • Add versioning / Git hash info to executables (OpenFAST distributed through homebrew does not include version info #1853)
   • Automate some kind of monitoring of the executable distribution (no one internally does this at present)
2. Drop support for HomeBrew
   • May require correspondence with the HomeBrew team to remove it going forward

Closing #1853 and #1852 as those are collected above.

A reason has to be provided and the only one that would fit is :unsupported: Homebrew’s compilation of the software is not supported by the upstream developers.
