Variable name change request: `Aircraft.Design.TOUCHDOWN_MASS`

Desired capability or behavior.

Change to Aircraft.Design.LANDING_MASS? It is even described as that in the variable description, and is inherited from FLOPS' WLDG, or landing weight. I don't believe touchdown mass is a more common verbiage (personally I've never used it over landing weight).

I agree landing_mass is much more descriptive and we should change it! What do we want to do with it's sister variable, rename them both?

Is this used for detailed landing? If so there might be a situation in which someone wants to compute or analyze the fuel burn (mass change) between touchdown and turning off the runway (e.g. thrust reverser, braking phases - are these included in detailed landing?). In this case maybe best to keep this as touchdown mass?

Issue wasn't completely resolved yet - need to change Mission.Landing.TOUCHDOWN_MASS too!
