Screen not working correctly

Hi,
I just tried to run it a fullsize X32. Something works, but the main screen does not display anything useful...

Is that a known issue or can I help you debug this? It's not my console, though, so I can't really disassemble it...

Yes, it's known, but we are yet in the process of uncovering the details.

Can you please share the first part of the serial number? This will tell us the year of production.

It would be good to know the complete config string, but thats located on the internal sd-card.

We'll try to implement a debug feature, that shows the relevant values on the channel LCDs, as they are working.

How long can you use the mixer? Is it rented or do we have some time?

Technical Note:

Firmware analysis (from Memory Dumps via JTAG) shows that the CFG-part of the configuration is used for the configuration of the display, but at this point we are still searching for the right memory locations and how the calculation is done.

(side note for non-german readers: reverse engineering is legal in germany, so there is no problem)

I have easy access to it until April 11th / 12th. We might be able to get to the sd card, I have to talk to the other guys about that. How would I get the config string in case we are allowed to disassemble it?

No need to disassemble it. Just wait a bit, we try to implement the debug feature until next weekend.
