• add pytests for new functionality
• move choosing adaptedDEM for plotting inside the outPlotAllPeak function - as for com1DFA and com9MoTVoellmy dem is set from config file
• iniStep not working with new functionality!!
• add option to supply a cropShape shapefile to cut release area from raster (if mountain snow cover is provided) -> represent old functionality of providing a shapefile and a raster file (not available anymore)
• handle old RELTH dirs (either remove)
• Adjust com6 for missing RELTH
