Modify Toolkit to accept the modified Pecha TextType

## Description
The OpenPecha backend has updated the data model for the Pecha type. Therefore, the toolkit must be updated accordingly to support the revised data model.

## Expected Output
The toolkit correctly handles and accepts the updated data model.
