Toolkit-v2 cleanup, removing unwanted files and method

Introduction

Since we are going to refactor the toolkit with our new design format where most of the information will be kept at the graph level. We are going to make our toolkit-v2 as simple as possible. For that we are going to remove all the unwanted and non-used function from our toolkit-v2. This task primarily focuses on removing those unwanted things.
