Move blog posts from ipynb and markdown to qmd

It would be nice if we move blogposts from ipynb and md to qmd, so we would keep just one single supported format and it would be easier to maintain.

in the pipeline we can convert from qmd directly to md, so mkdocs can understand it if no problem. if there is any plugin that supports directly qmd it would be also nice.
