Create a Template Poster for OSHC Open Source Contributors Chat Sessions

OSHC Open Source Contributor's Chat Sessions are currently being announced with just text and links in Social Media. To rectify that and to add a more standard approach to the announcements, we can create a template poster with a photo and a short description of the contributor. The date and and the time should also be mentioned.
