HTML Email Report Option

When the delivery method is set as email and the report format is HTML, the report is sent showing the raw HTML as the message comment. It would be nice in this scenario to have the option of sending the HTML email. I think this could solved by exposing a way to control the IsBodyHTML flag for the mail message.

Thanks yes that's fair enough.

I think the expected usage, so far, is that by using HTML, the receiver will process the email automatically and show the resulting HTML on a web page, somehow.
But yes, this could be an enhancement.

I'm not a fan of HTML email and would never use it, but it would surely be useful to some people.
