Cmake Gentoo wrong atom name

There is a typo in the root project's README.MD file for the getnoo install command.

'Gentoo Linux: sudo emerge dev-libs/libconfig dev-libs/libevdev dev-libs/glib dev-util/cmake virtual/libudev'

'dev-util/cmake' should actually be 'dev-build/cmake'

heres the correct one:

'Gentoo Linux: sudo emerge dev-libs/libconfig dev-libs/libevdev dev-libs/glib dev-build/cmake virtual/libudev'
