improvement: file management tab

right now, the file management tab only has partially implemented functionality of what one would intuit. as in, the following are not implemented:

1. selecting a directory to view the contents of
2. effectively managing the contents of the directory in the intuitive sense
3. the selected directory in this module being the reference/option when choosing files to load in other parts of the app

the only shred of functionality enabled right now is that of uploading files and them persisting ambiguously in the app state

realistically, this probably should not be a module that can be chosen to spawn or not, and should just spawn by default on every workflow.....

note: #91 ties in here, as we should be able to ask filewise questions (inital check of format as context, then diagnostics to see shape, high-level content, metadata accordingly)......it may be worthwhile to make a subissue either here or there on this front

@akgohain Is this going to be VS code style or Google drive style? By VS code style I mean a literal, direct reflection of the files and directories on a user's device, whereas Google drive is more abstracted (and therefore more user friendly, I think).

VS code style vs google drive style is a question of flexibility vs ease of use.

If we go VS code style, they could be using OUR file manager to look through anything that already exists on their computer. Go into their Downloads folder, or their Desktop folder, mess with that stuff, etc.

If google drive style, the user would have to "Upload from device!" if they wanted to use files from their Downloads folder in the app, for example, but they're less likely to be confused with the vast and flexible file management system, and we get to make that entire process simpler for them.

I feel like google drive style would be better, but I could totally be missing the vision of this tab's purpose.

Also, vs code style might prevent us from having users' configurations (selected directories, uploaded files) persist over on the cloud.

so is this app going to be accessed via the web? Would probably need to be google drive style in that case. I feel like vs code style is only feasible if we know this app is going to be downloaded as a desktop app.

I think the idea is that the user's project itself is in the cloud, and is thus possible to access through a web portal (though a desktop app equivalent could just be the same client)
