Add support for parsing using user-defined dialect

There are a few syntaxes for which sqlparser crashes when the dialect provided does not support them, such as:

```sql
CREATE ROLE admin SUPERUSER CREATEDB LOGIN;
```

At this time, sql-docs uses always the generic dialect. It is needful to add support for setting the dialect. I suggest you add it as a generic of the SqlDoc struct.
