iPad: mark all read in folder can mark other folder as read on quick switch

Not sure if related but I've observed that marking all as read seems to wait on a server before returning back one menu up, which with poor connectivity can make it more likely to reach another folder in the hierarchy (by manually hitting back in the meantime)

At which point I've seen it then on delay (maybe server finally responding) navigate me from the other folder level I went deep into in the meantime.

Mark-all-read doesn't rely on results from a server, though it may contact a server later (if you have syncing turned on).
