Read XML File (Schema xml) in Data Preview to see grid

I`m trying to run this specific XML

Smith 16753 UK Qtr 3

but the output display

I tried to search at git to configure the file .config using XML (schema) but I could not find the solution either.
please, can you help me to read this file in the format grid? thank you.
