Align multiple SLD profiles to bulk in OR bulk out #205
Description
Currently it seems "0" of the z-axis of the SLD profile is always on the left (see figure below). For ais/substrate geometry however, this should be on the right (substrate side). Perhaps the plot could have a toggle button to choose alignment to a specific layer or at least sub-phase.
