[QUEST] Glycans as target

I would like to know if RF3 can be used to design a protein that binds to a glycopeptide, directing design not only against the peptide part but also to the glycans. There will be more than one glycan attached to the peptide is there any problem with this?

Believe this is an RFD3 question - this is definitely supported, @Ubiquinone-dot would have more context on how to define the glycosylations at inference (it may be best to fix their coordinates in the target structure for now)
