merging CUDARC API's

I saw that NVidia's AI Dynamo project didn't use Rust_CUDA, but CUDARC instead. Is there a reason for them to endorse this one in the future, and do you think we could merge the missing CUDA SDK API support from CUDARC first, then migrate some of these to full Rust implementation?

Yeah, we've been discussing using cudarc instead of cust....the host side is less interesting for us and we'd love to join forces where it make sense. cust actually predated cudarc.

There are some discussions and plans behind the scenes, no public update yet! Note that you can use rust-cuda with cudarc already today....nothing requires cust.
