Full screen offset #253

Description of the issue
Here’s what seems to be happening: when starting a game, pressing f11 will put it full screen. But reopening ryu after seems to offset the window for some reason and fixing that by dragging to the top messes up the full screen.
Reproduction steps
I only use TOTK so idk if this has to do with that game specifically but I doubt that
