Pathogen Form - Case cloning is coping all documents, tasks and sample

Bug Description

Create a pathogen test positive and verified by supervisor for two different diseases. its copied existing data to the new disease with a popup.

Reproduction Steps

1. In the Pathogentest Form, create 2 different tests with different disease.
2. Make sure they are positive and verified by supervisor
3. A pop-up will be showed to create a new case with the 2nd time selected disease.
4. If the user says YES, then it'll copy existing cases data into new case.
   ...

Expected Behavior

As per the latest discussion with Jan, it shouldn't clone the data. It just simply create a case.
