[BUG] Stop reaction deletes the last command display

Pressing the stop button deletes the last viewed command response rather then stop processing additional reactions.

Command used - .upg ops 42 45

We currently handle the 'stop' button in this dialog the same as the [X] when you have multiple choice, but that may indeed be counter-intuitive.
