Incorrect data for SPAN Drive after replacement

I just had the SPAN Drive unit replaced, and after replacement it now longer shows charging information. The breaker slots still show correct power information, but the Drive unit entity no longer reflects that information (it shows 0.00 A and 0 W for current and power). Diagnostics attached.

Looking at the diagnostics, it still shows the old drive serial#. I tried reloading the integration, but no change.

Have you tried deleting just that single device from the panel config and reboot?

Just tried, and while that does make it show the correct serial# for the device, it still doesn't show the correct current/power draw. I'm wondering if the api service on the span panel needs to be rebooted or something? Not sure how I could make that happen without shutting down the entire house though...

yes, the panel could still be reporting the old drive's now stale data. You could check using MQTT Explorer

If you see that the data is in fact not accurate you may need to call support to reboot the panel.

Rebooting the panel won't reset relays but accessing that reboot button does require you to take off the panel face plate which I cannot advise you to do as that would expose high voltage areas. There is a diagram on the SPAN site. You might be able to call SPAN support and have them reboot it remotely.

OK, I do see something that seems wrong. The topic for the Drive unit is ebus/5/PANEL_SERIAL/OLD_DRIVE_SERIAL, but in that topic it has serial-number = NEW_DRIVE_SERIAL for one of the fields. I'll need to wait to try stuff until later this week after I run the car down a bit, since it finished charging and is now just reporting 0 current/power because there isn't any.

I may look for the reboot button. Just depends how accessible that is versus the rats nest of wires crowding the top of the panel.
