Hello,

Setting up a new SPAN instance in home assistant, everything installed seemingly fine in HACS, restarted home assistant, when I start the SPAN integration, as soon as I click it to start the process, I immediately get:

Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

Anything I can/should do to help debug or fix this?

Can you describe a bit more the environment.

What type of SPAN panel do you have?
What SPAN firmware version do you have?

You said this was a new install, so you saw the panel via zeroconf (it was listed in the list of integrations by IP address)?

Are you able to connect via the dashboard directly to the IP of the panel in a browser?

Is there anything in the HA logs relative to the span integration?

Hey,

This SPAN panel has been physically around for a while, this is my second attempt to get it working in home assistant (first one was a long time ago, on a much earlier (~2 years ago?) version of this software, didn't work so I uninstalled it)
here are the details:

Yup, I can see the panel on my local IP at http://192.168.107.134/panel
Nothing in the logs I can see...

It is odd that there would be no logs. Maybe you got a bad download.

I would try deleting the SPAN config then reboot HA.

Go to HACS and redownload the integration. Then try to set up the integration again.

BTW, your panel is a version behind and I know there was a minor fix but that should not be a problem.

If the above does not work enable debug logging and restart then send the logs.
