Synthetic Dreamers are missing the pickaxe mineable tag (and do not drop themselves)

this makes them unminable by hex as well as with a vanilla pickaxe. likely just something missing from datagen!

they also don't drop themselves when CraftTweaker is used to give them the tag. when CraftTweaker is again used to add a loot table, the dreamer doesn't drop when broken by block updates (such as being rotated illegally using a Create wrench)

other loci from the mod also void themselves when rotated to an invalid state (for example, facing downward with no block above to hang on to) using mods, like rotate spells and the create wrench

First issue should be fixed in the recent commits. Though I dont know how I would go about fixing the second one (rotating voids)
