Bug: `cam_smooth` breaks `point_viewcontrol` positions

Describe the bug

Enabling the cam_smooth ConVar causes the clientside view to be positioned in the wrong direction and position.

To Reproduce

1. Load a background map
2. Enable cam_smooth 1
3. Observe breakage

Issue Map

Any map with a point_viewcontrol

Expected Behavior

Angles and position should be correct
